Chesham is a well connected area to London via the metropolitan line Tube. The high street is a stones throw away and has all you need for day to day living as well as close by gyms, pubs and restaurants. There is also plenty of green space around for peaceful walks and cycling if you fancy some fresh air!

Bills to be paid; Gas, Electric, WIFI and Water this was working out around £50 through the winter. We split it equally.

Council tax and the service charge are included in the rent.
