Single room, bed chair and wardrobe provided

Offered: A single occupancy in a double-size room at the back of an end terrace house with a pleasant view over the garden. It is a 5 minute walk from the shops, 7 to the station. We have central heating and you would share the bathroom and kitchen. There is also a patio out the back. Wifi signal is weak at the back of the house. We do not allow any pets (we already have 2 dogs and fish) nor smokers. References from previous landlord and employer please.
