Looking for a flat mate

I'm looking for someone to rent out the spare room in my 2 bedroom apartment. The room has a double bed, double wardrobe and a chest of drawers in. The tenant would have use of the main bathroom (I have my own ensuite) and use of the kitchen and lounge. There is on and off road parking, a bike store, a corner shop 2 minute walk and a tesco express down the road. The flat is also at the bottom of Wendover woods so ideal for those that like running/walking! Wifi included too!

I'm a 26 year old professional. I work Monday to Friday and like to chill on an evening and weekend. I'm looking for someone that is laid back, fun to be around, is clean and tidy.
