Have to emphasise, its a very large house; which works more like a house-share or guest house. Four large potential lodging rooms (one bedsit at £425pm). I've let rooms in this house for ten years, without major issues. I often get flowers, nice letters and visits from people who leave, so; must be doing something right? It's a safe, secure and supportive environment.
Plenty of space to socialise or not.
Owing to the restricted time we have available before we change use; we now have a maximum of six months available to let these rooms, and most of this time has already been filled, so this would ideally suit people arriving for work or college placements, or on short contracts from abroad, wishing to find their feet.
