About the flat: very conveniently situated whether travelling by train (1 minute away), bus/air (Heathrow bus 30 secs away)or car (5 minutes to the motorway). The university, hospital and town centre amenities: shopping centres; restaurants; cinema; theatre; sports centre and more, all on the doorstep. The flat is split level and has 2 large, private terraces which are suntraps. There's a communal roof terrace too, secure underground parking and a lift. The rooms are bright and warm in winter as they are south facing, and there is underfloor heating.
About me: I lead a quiet life so party animals need not apply.
About you: quiet, respectful, considerate, happy to keep the kitchen and bathroom clean. Single occupancy only.
