I have a three-bedroom house, with one DOUBLE bedroom available to rent. The house is very homely, clean and cosy, with all the following facilities available: a shared living room, consisting of sofas, TV and a dining table; a tidy kitchen with a cooker, washing-machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. and a lovely bathroom.
The house is a 15 minute walk from the town centre and has many local amenities nearby.
The current housemate is a young professional who would prefer to live with females only and with an individual who doesn't smoke or drink in the house. (Please note: although it specifies that vegetarian housemates are preferred, Halal meat is allowed in the house).
