Furnished Double Room in Landlords House

We are offering our spare room for someone who is interested in renting for either the period of time over the Olympics or for Monday-Friday only.
We own our house which is a 2 bedroomed terrace and we are only a short walk to the town centre, main train line in to London and easy access to the M40.
Street parking is available but can be a bit limited at certain times of the day.
The bathroom is shared, with the owners so we need you to be of clean habits!!!
We have Broadband internet and you would be more then welcome to install Sky but this would be at a cost to yourself.
All the bills are included and the room has a bed and matress, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table and a blanket box fror storage.
We are a very private couple who like their own space so although we are happy to share the kitchen we prefer to have the living room kept for our own use.
We have a pet cat who is a little highly strung, but he would be no bother to whoever is in the house.
