Spacious double room in a shared two bedroom first floor flat(Currently the room is furnished by a queen size bed, 2 large chest of draws and large wardrobe but these will all be leaving with the current tenant. The room is a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures.)

Large shared Kitchen, shared bathroom (with over bath shower)and large lounge. Please see Pictures.

All shared living spaces are furnished. The tenant will have to furnish their bedroom room including bed.

The flat is in the center of High Wycombe with the added bonus of private parking which is rare.

Please note I haven't included the price of bills. (I've just changed the gas and electricity supplier so not exactly sure but it looks like about £130 a month each. Inclusive of gas, electricity, council tax, tv license, sky, phone and internet. Water is every 6 months .)
