Light and spacious double ensuite room with it's own living room in a beautiful brand new Berkeley Homes house.

The living space downstairs includes the kitchen, lounge and garden which would be shared with me. Sky, broadband, council tax and utilities are all included in the monthly cost of the rent.

The house is approximately 1 mile from the town centre/station (ideal if you need to commute). I'm happy to have someone to stay 7 days a week or 5 days if they commute/want to live elsewhere on the weekends. I would love to share with another professional/female if possible.

There are running trails, cycle paths, children's play areas and ponds on the development which is attractively and sensitively designed. I'm less than a 5 minute walk to gym facilities, the retail park & Wycombe Rye....It's definitely worth taking a look around my little home-you might fall in love with it just like I did!
