Comfortable single bed, (this may be upgraded to a double) desk, armchair, wardrobe etc. Fantastic view over fields from window, yet it's only 20 mins walk from Wycombe rail and bus stations, (20 - 40 mins from London by train). 20 minute walk to Eden Shopping Centre and Bucks New University. I am quiet, professional, arty, sporty and musical. I speak French, German and Spanish, so happily welcome people from abroad. Room would suit a like-minded person - someone expecting to live their own life. Your privacy assured.
Please note that the room is also available as a Monday to Friday let, at £85. 00 per week. Ideally, two months minimum term and two months' notice required; however this is negotiable.
