2 partially furnished double rooms near the Rye

Two partially furnished double bedrooms available in a newly built townhouse in Wycombe Marsh by the River Wye, just off the A40. The house is 1. 3 miles from the train station (30 minutes into London), close to local bus services, an easy 5 minute walk to the Rye Park, and a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre.

Bedroom 1 – very large double bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, bedside table, lamp and mirror.
Bedroom 2 – double bedroom with single bed, mirrored wardrobe and table.

Both rooms are on the top floor with the guest room. The bathroom will be used only by you and guests, so would be en-suite for most of the time. Large open kitchen / dining / living room on the ground floor which opens out into the garden. Facilities include fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities.

Included within the rent is council tax, water, gas, electricity, fibre broadband and WiFi. The living room has Sky TV and it can be provided in bedrooms at an additional cost per month.

Within the household are five kittens who are either very cuddly, sleeping or playing. You do not have to allow them into your room if you don't want.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys peaceful evenings, is pet friendly, and likes to be clean and tidy (most of the time!). In addition, you should be willing to look after the kittens on the rare occasions I am away with work. Guests are welcome when arranged beforehand. In addition, references will be required from previous landlords or, alternatively, employers. A lodger agreement will need to be signed prior to moving in. I am also happy to discuss part-time lodgings (i. e. weekdays only).
