I am looking for 1 very clean and quiet individual for one single room at £350 including bills. The property already has professionals and one student who are extremely clean and quiet, therefore, I require someone who would be happy to live in such calm atmosphere. The room is currently occupied by a lady who is leaving by the end of June so the room is available from 1st of July. Students and professionals are welcome. The house is in an excellent condition with newly renovated double glazed windows and a clean kitchen. It is only 10-15mins walk to the town centre and the local shops on desborough road are convenient as well. The tenant will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with the other tenants. I can consider short term lets for 3 months minimum, but prefer a long term let for atleast 6 months or more.
