We have a lovely modern, clean 3 bedroom house with a patio, 2 car parkin spots and 3 bathrooms in Crssex.
Its just us and we are looking to rent just one of our rooms so we have the other as a guest room for our friends to stay over occasionally.

The house is very modern and everything is done to a really high standard.

The 3rd bedroom is being left as a guest room.

Location;
Based in Cressex Road we are 5 minutes walk from a large Asda and have a small Tesco just over the road.
We have bus links into town centre, which is also 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk.

About us;
We are both professionals in full time work from Monday to Friday.

Although we try to be clean and tidy we are relaxed and don't always do the washing up straight away either.

I guess we are just looking for a relaxed atmosphere whether you join us or keep to yourself really.
