New Flat mate needed

Hello I am seeking for a new flat mate as current one is moving away for work reasons. Available end of January 2015.
Flat: It is a second floor flat in an newish apartment about a 5 minute drive from the town centre (when the traffic is good!) near loudwater.
The room available is a double room and fully furnished, the flat has a balcony overlooking the communal area and there is underground parking. The lease is on a rolling month contract but I am looking to continue
renting for the forseable future.
About me: I am a 23 year old professional working in high wycombe. I work shifts including nights so will be sleeping during the day a fair bit! I play football quite regularly and keen gym going. Enjoy a night out and pubs .
Looking for: ideally 18-30, male/female, tidy
