Great Room With Bathroom(!) To Rent

HI :)

Unfortunately I and my friend need to move out immediately. We are looking for somone who will replace us in this awesome room and lovely house. I will go straight to the most important things:
- room is on the second floor (roof space)
- it has it own bathroom (very convenient)
- in the house there are 6 rooms, two other bathrooms (with shower and bath), big spacious kitchen (two fridges) and living room.
- localisation is very attractive. It's only 10 minutes from EDEN and 15 from the University.

RENT & BILLS
Because of the fact, that we are sharing this room, we pay to agency ££550 each month, but as far as I'm concerned it can be rent just by one person (££450). Despite this, there are also bills to pay for gas and electricty - approximetly ££30 per month. For internet and television it's ££6 (of course if you don't need it, you don't have to pay). I'm paying about ££315 per month for everything so it's not so bad I guess :)

In the house there are also living other people. 4 boys and 1 girl. 3 of them are students. They are really helpful and kind.
