The house has been newly refurbished and I am the first in this new room, however due to unforeseen circumstances I am not continuing with my studies after Christmas.

£400 Deposit which is refunded if the house is in the same spec as you entered it in when you leave. The tenancy would be from 12th Jan to 22nd June for £2, 875 = £125 a week which will be £500 a month. The payments are made in 2 sums, £1, 625 on 12th Jan & £1250 on 13th April.

Address is 228 Hughenden Road, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP13 5PE, for google maps. It's a 15 min walk to uni & 10 min walk to amenities, town / shops. There is also a bike lock at the side of the house and car parking is £5 a week to the landlord. The EPC rating is C.
