The property is just opposite a large rye which is a beautiful location for a walk or run. There are a few local gyms all within walking distance. High Wycombe centre is again only a 5 minute walk away with a cinema, bowling, modern shopping centre, many restaurants (ASK, Zizzis, Wagamama) and supermarkets including a large Marks and Spencer. High Wycombe is located nearby to local towns Beaconsfield and Marlow.
