Seeking a professional clean & tidy easy-going person to share comfortable/lovely 2 bedroom flat with my current house mate who is a professional 29 year old female. The room is furnished with a double bed, double built-in wardrobe, chest of draws and 2 x bedside cabinets (if you want unfurnished this can be arranged). There is a large shared front room that includes sky and wireless Internet. Shared kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower.
Situated within walking distance to town centre (approx 10 mins) and train station (approx 5 min walk to platform 3 - London) M40, M4 and M25 are all very accesible and very close. There is parking for 1 car also.

The flat is well maintained and is decorated and furnished to a high standard. There is a balcony which in the summer is a sun trap! My current housemate is easy going, clean, respectful and tidy. She enjoys the gym, cooking, going out plus chilling at home with a glass of wine or 2!!

£600. 00 per month including ALL bills (council tax, gas, electricity, TV license, water and broadband) Additional costs would be any calls made from the landline.

I have stated 7 x days a week but if you only wanted Mon to Thur/Fri then please still get in contact.

Also if you are a smoker I am happy for you to smoke on the balcony just NOT inside the flat :-)
