You would be living in my house with just me will have access to a shared bathroom area the double room is a good size with double bed and linen, with plenty of drawers and wardrobe spaces.
The room is also very light and airy, but also cosy/warm in cooler months. Outside area has a good size decking and can be lit up at night.
I'm a happy easy going man with quiet life in my early 70's no smoking in the house this is a very quiet road not too far from the high Wycombe town centre and M40 access, train station and which can be walking 20 mins, No DSS/Credits sorry.
