Double room to rent in a 2 bedroom flat

I'm currently living in a well presented ground floor 2 bedroom flat in Loudwater, High Wycombe. East side of High Wycombe in an ideal location for access to the M40 junction 3. I am looking for a flat mate to move into the spare room asap. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Modern bathroom with power shower and gas central heating. There is allocated parking and also has a bridge at the back of the flats leading to The Kingsmead park. Rent includes all bills. Council tax will be £70 each per month. Gas and electric comes as one and is usually around £30 each per month. Sky TV & internet & TV license. So rent including bills will be around £580 per month.

I work full time Monday - Friday, 9 - 5.30. I am very clean and tidy so would be very important to share with someone similar. I'm laid back & friendly. I have a partner who stays with me occasionally throughout the week and most weekends so you are more than welcome to have friends/family/partners stay with you sometimes as long as you are conscious of the noise you make during the week. I am looking for a professional to move in. I'm 23 years old and looking for a female to move in with a similar age. I do smoke, but not in the property and have no pets. I like to have fun on the weekends, see friends and family and sometimes have a drink.
