A sociable easygoing professional with a good sense of humour to share my house with. Non-smokers preferred. The house is situated not far from the town centre and local amenities. It is a well-presented, tidy, modern end terrace in a quiet location with a good-sized room with a double bed. It has shared bathroom, kitchen (with dishwasher) and lounge a good-sized garden (ideal for summer BBQs) as well as gas central heating, sky satellite television, wireless broadband and UK landline and some international calls. I am easy going, enjoy music and playing sports.
