Double room to let for single occupancy. Sharing the house with the owner, a young busy professional and one other lodger.
The house is a light, airy 3 storey 3 bedroom townhouse with a private garden and on-street parking.
The room to let is on the third floor with use of the main bathroom which is nearly exclusively used by the 2 lodgers, I have my own en-suite. I am ideally looking for a Monday to Friday lodger but would consider someone that is working in the area and has his/her own base elsewhere so spending a number of weekends away from Marlow or is working long hours.
The house is centrally located, a short walk to the high street, train station and to Marlow’s many shops and restaurants.
