The room is a single room, for a single person. The £380 pcm rent includes gas, electric, water, broadband but not calls made on the landline. A £380 deposit and room contract are required. The kitchen, bathroom, dining area and living room are shared areas. There is a small back garden too. There is street parking near to the house which is on the eastern edge of Marlow. It is very convenient for the M4 and M40 motorways. Two males working in the service sector live in the other two rooms. I'm looking for a clean, tidy, non smoking professional person is sought. I work Monday to Friday so can only show the room from about 19:30. I only have internet access to SpareRoom. co. uk in the evening too. Saturday and Sunday I'm available during the day.
