I am looking to rent out a double bedroom with a en suite bathroom in my house. Has a double bed, and a large double wardrobe

Located in Broughton which is very quiet and has a bus stop right outside the house if you don't drive. There are a few take-away shops and a Co-op across the road. Lidl is within walking distance and so is Kingston shopping center.

I am looking for someone that is friendly and tidy. The house has private parking out the back. There is a washing machine, tumble drier, and dishwasher. The lounge has a tv and the house is for everyone to use, with no restrictions.

I’m very tidy so someone that cleans up after themselves is essential. WiFi throughout included.

There is a garden and shed to store things in.
