I am a chilled out, welcoming, happy & relaxed live in landlord who is tidy and clean. I am out most evenings and it is just myself and my dog. Currently I am looking for a lodger to join me who is clean, tidy and used to dogs.

The bathroom is always free in morning due to myself working from home.

I have a small dog that stays downstairs and likes to sleep in the day time , he is well trained and has completed puppy classes. He is also hypoallergenic non shedding dog.
