The annexe is fully furnished, includes Fibre Broadband and own satellite TV. Shared use of large kitchen (newly fitted), utility room, including Miele washing machine and tumble drier.

The annexe includes single bedroom with ensuite bathroom, plus a living room area with a large leather sofa. The annex is situated on the ground floor, separate to the rest of the living accommodation in the house, thereby offering a good deal of privacy.

The ensuite bathroom has been refitted with all new sanitary ware and a large double shower.

Annexe and shared areas are cleaned fortnightly by contract cleaners. No extra charge for this service.

Please be aware that there is 1 friendly dog and 2 cats in the house.

Single occupancy and non-smokers only please.

Bicycle storage is free.

I'm happy to provide a free lift from MK train station for room viewing if required.
