This luxurious and stylish fully furnished, ensuite king room, ensuite double room and twin bedroom with private Bathroom (inc bathtub) is the perfect home for working individuals or people looking for luxury within a budget.

You will have access to 2 fully furnished living areas (one in the middle floor and one in the ground floor), utility room with washer dryer, ground floor open plan kitchen/dining, garden / patio. The living area on the 1st floor has a balcony on one side and French balcony on the other. It has a extra large smart television (75 inches) as well. The dining room has a smart TV as well. There is a lock on your respective bedroom doors for privacy.

The house is spacious, airy, warm and stylish. This is a five bed house where we are letting out 3 rooms independently. An en-suite king room with a built in double wardrobe, a private twin room on the 2nd floor with its own private bath (including bathtub), and a private en-suite double bedroom with a double wardrobe on the 1st floor. The three rooms can be let separately to 3 separate tenants, or together to 1 tenant who wishes to take all the 3 advertised bedrooms. Rent mentioned is per room and is inclusive of all bills (including Wifi).

One parking is free to use on the drive way between the three rooms/spaces (first come first served). Additional free parking is available around the neighbourhood. You will have a keyless access (code to main door) and a keyless access from the back entrance (the Garden door).

The kitchen, second lounge and dining room are downstairs. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen. The garden & patio are accessible from downstairs. Lots of takeaways close by and there is a convenience store in the neighbourhood which is less than a minute away from the house. You can jog or walk around the lakes a minute away from the house! The stadium and MK One are just a 7-10 mins walk from the house. A Supermarket is also a 10-15 mins walk from the house.

The owners have the other 2 rooms which will be locked for owner use only. If you have excess stuff for storage or need additional wardrobe space, you can let us know and can avail for an additional charge.

PS: Linens (depicted in the picture) are not included as these spare rooms are intended for mid to long term stays. Also, no house parties are allowed. Also, please remember, this is a peaceful neighbourhood.
