This is a long description but to save us all time :) Actual post code is MK5 6EW Beaumaris Grove Shenley Church End.

We are not big on rules but look for some one with a friendly and professional manner as well as being in full time day time employment. We are open minded and have hosted guests from around the world.

The living space is well maintained The hallway and kitchen will be decorated in August or September during working hours only. Occasional guests are welcome.

THE ROOM :) Photos and video of the room are similar to the actual room. Most rooms are similar with only slight variations.

From mid July we have 2 x 2nd floor loft style room featuring high ceilings and velux windows looking out over Shenley Church End village.

Sun trap south facing. En-suite room, real birch floors, white walls and curtains with blackout blinds and stylish en-suite shower/wc.

Ample maintained garden and shared living space with friendly group.

Garden view - quiet upmarket street of detached houses.

It's a substantial and solid property with 40mbps BT Infinity super fast - free WIFI or CAT 5 cable included.

Dishwasher serviced/unloaded
Washing up liquid / dish washer tabs provided
Dish washer emptied daily
Only need to wash items to large for dishwasher.

Vacuum cleaners / iron & ironing board / floor steamer
