Apartment has all the standard mod cons, large main bathroom (Pretty much yours as I have ensuite), great balcony off the living room over looking lake, fibre optic broadband, parking outside.

Great apartment in a great location.
Looking for a professional, around 35-45 ish who is clean & tidy, pulls their own weight around the place, independent, enjoys their own space, but social at the same time.
Its more important I find the right person over just filling the room.
