Sky TV and Broadband. 5 mins from M1 and good connections to the main city centre. Quiet home environment. Large south facing private garden. Very clean and tidy home. Use of kitchen and dining room.

Would suit professional single female. You MUST be clean and tidy. We are a friendly professional couple in our 30's and easy to get on with. Respectful of ones space and enjoy quiet nights in. We also have two cute rabbits but they are not in the house! So an animal lover would be nice but is not essential.
