Lovely Double Room in MK3 area, cleaned each wk

We live in a four bed semi detached house, in a nice quiet area of Bletchley, on the Rivers Estate. We are located just off of the A421 and are only 25 minutes away from Buckingham, we are conveniently situated within a few minutes drive to Bletchley Rail Station and under ten minutes drive to CMK. If you work at the OU or MK hospital, we are approx ten minutes or so drive away. If you use public transport then we have two bus stops a few minutes walk away.

We would like to rent out one of our double rooms within our home to a currently employed professional person or currently employed professional couple preferably on a Monday to Friday basis, however we would also consider a full time let.

We are looking for someone who is considerate of others, quiet within reason, tidy, a non smoker, someone who likes only the ocassional drink or two and someone who is dog friendly as we have two, well behaved small dogs.

We currently have Sky TV in the front room and broadband is available both in your room and downstairs.

We really don't wish to seem sad and boring but we do not want someone who likes to come in at all hours of the night drunk or high or both, so if you regularly like going out clubbing until the early hours, use drugs at any time or like getting drunk then sorry to be so blunt BUT we are not interested and it is a total waste of your time reading any further.

The room contains a double bed with plenty of drawer storage space and a large 7 drawer merchants chest, a built in wardrobe, a full size desk with lamp and a stall, and a 22 inch Television with freeview.

The cost of the room is as follows:-

Mon-Fri let is £300 for one person or for a couple £400 per month.

Full time let is £400 single let or £500 for a couple per calendar month

The rent includes the room being cleaned once a week by us and fresh towels and bed linen will be also be provided. The rent includes all utility bills. We have broadband.

You will have use of the kitchen but we expect you to clean up after yourself so that it was as you found it.
