I am looking for 2 female flatmate to share my luxury apartment in central Milton Keynes, someone who is tidy and hygienic for a 6 month minimum contract but the ideal tenant will be looking to make this their home for longer than this period. I have two rooms to be rented out.

Bedroom1- large double bed room with divan fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom heated towel rail, bathroom storage. Large chest of draws. Bedside tables. £660pm

Bedroom2- large double room to rent with a large bathroom opposite, the bedroom has a side bed draws, large fitted wardrobes and a double bed with storage (divan) (soft furnishings include a curtain/blinds/lamp shade) £630pm

Chandeliers and new carpet has been fitted throughout the apartment.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen/living room and large balcony space (BBQs not permitted in these flats)

The apartment is furnished at a high speck including soft furnishings, pictures and mirrors throughout with access to private rooftop gardens.

Parking space is available but you will need to register with the council to received a residents parking permit.

one months rent upfront is required along with a deposit of one months rent is also required to secure that the apartment is left in the exact state it is moved into and that there are no damages to the property.
