We have a fully furnished, private ensuite double room with your own Bistro Style Facilities and a workstation if working / studying from home.

Your OWN place and a SHARE of the main house aswell ;-))

The room is contemporary decorated with all the usual furniture. You have your own private in-room Bistro facilities - microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle, - for that quick get away in the morning or chilled out glass of wine in the evening.

Or socialise with the other housemates in the main kitchen and lounge.

Great Executive house, in an excellent area of Crownhill all detached houses, about 5 min drive to the city centre.

You also have full share of the main house kitchen which has everything you need, washing machines and plenty of cupboard space, so very easy for everyone even in the evenings.

There is also a comfy shared Lounge, And of course we have high speed unlimited broadband.

There is loads of private Parking, more than enough for all the housemates to have their own space.

The Housemates are all young professional, - happy for a glass wine in the evening but equally everyone has to get up for work in the morning. Typically ex graduates, working in legal, accountancy, charity, retail, motor sport and design.

Single person only ;-) - sorry no couples ;-( Run and managed by ourselves so no agency fees- that is all inclusive, absolutely nothing else to pay.
