I'm a live-in landlord, who works at night, about 5 shifts/per week. Tenants to be able to keep the place clean and tidy. Be considerate of other tenants. for loud music or teli, kindly use your earphones.
The property has 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are en-suite.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 share the family bathroom and shower.
Tenants will have to prove their residency status and have to prove employment /work address.
No couples, no children, and no smokers pls.
Kindly note, that this is a single occupancy contract.

NB: 1 month's deposit and 1 calendar month's rental payable in advance. Rent is fixed; not negotiable
