Hi. I am a professional female in my early 30s looking for a female housemate on a Mon- Fri basis (or Sun to Thurs) to share my 4- bedroomed house on the Furzton/ Bletchley border off the A421, just a 10 minute walk from Furzton Lake.

The rent includes all bills- gas, electric, water, council tax, wifi, landline and a cleaner.

The house is modern and sits towards the top of a quiet cul-de-sac with off road parking. The whole house has been newly refurbished- with a brand new large kitchen- diner with double electric oven, induction hob, microwave and and various other appliances, a comfy lounge with tv, dvd player and BT freeview and a garden.

The room is the master bedroom of the house and overlooks the garden at the back of the house. It is a very light, neutrally decorated room that has just been re-painted with thick pile carpet and fully furnished with a comfy king- sized bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, dressing table and mirror and built-in wardrobe.

The private ensuite bathroom has recently been fully refurbished with a modern suite and completely re-tiled. There is a basin with shelving and mirror, toilet and strong power shower with glass shower screen. There is plenty of storage space, both in the bedroom as well as in the garage. The house also has high speed BT Infinity wireless broadband.

I have a small friendly dog who also lives here. There are 2 good sized reception rooms and we are very friendly so you could make use of the whole house without feeling that you had to spend too much time in your room.

The house is 2 miles from Milton Keynes Central Train Station and can be accessed very easily by car or bus.

My work patterns vary and involve travel so I am not at home every evening which would mean that you would have the benefit of the house to yourself some evenings.
