The room does not have en-suite but there are bath & shower facilities available as in a normal house.
I work nights so I`m normally out of the house by 10pm & return approx 8am Sun-Fri.
I own a cat as well. All I expect is a clean & tidy person who has respect & consideration for others. Full amenities available include Sky TV and broadband.
The room is a large double and has a large double bed and also large fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
I will expect a security deposit.
