It has parking, a garden, fitted kitchen, one family bathroom on the first floor and is close to public transport & amenities. 1. 5 miles to MK Central Railway station and1. 8 miles to MK Shopping Centre = 30 mins walking/22 mins by bus.

To secure a room and remove it from the market, we would require a £100 non refundable Administration Fee and a complete tenant detail form to set up your tenancy agreement, (If you are under 25years a guarantor will be required a £35 fee for administration) which is non refundable. 24 hours prior to move in we would require 1 months rent in advance and 1 months rent as a security deposit, which can be paid via our website.
