DOUBLE ROOM in our prestige Goldhawk property. This detached property has a large communal Kitchen/Diner and is fully furnished. As well as Wi-Fi, tenants can also benefit from Sky TV. The room is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Rent includes all utility bills, wireless Internet, Sky TV, Gardener and Cleaner. Currently all other housemates are professional people with a quiet and relaxed attitude.

To secure a room and remove it from the market, we would require a £100 non refundable Administration Fee and a complete tenant detail form to set up your tenancy agreement, (If you are under 25years a guarantor will be required a £35 fee for administration) which is non refundable. 24 hours prior to move in we would require 1 months rent in advance and 1 months rent as a security deposit, which can be paid via our website. Tenancy Agreements are for a minimum of 6 months and we regret we cannot accept DSS, unemployed or full time students.
