double room- furnished with wardrobes, draws, king size bed, blinds curtains ext.. bills included, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, use of kitchen, dining area ext.. bathroom, Jacuzzi, shower, BBq ,decking smoking fine just not in the house. of road private parking, close to CMK easy route and buss link, house is newly decorated, looking for professional female, easy going, clean and tidy , if you use the shower clean it after kinder thing.. im out going and easy to get along with. :) just buy your own food ! Unless we having a takeaway night!? Super close to CMK takes me 7mins to get to Cmk everyday in rush hour!! We are also very lucky to be surrounded by lakes and loads of land! trees it's beautiful to walk around and that would also be your bedroom window view! The trees are Home to white doves! The lakes have ducks on! Really is refreshing waking up to it and being so close to CMK! 6 months only 27th may - 27th nov
