En-suite in waterfront bungalow

US:
-Four humans, one dog (almost 8-year-old shih tzu mix) and one very part-time dog (5-year-old golden lab).

-We are one couple (30-year-old American PhD student in history/theatre and works from home & 22-year-old waiter/politics student and works from home occasionally), one 34-year-old professional, and one 22-year-old lab technologist. We are all extremely laid back and friends with each other, so we would love someone to add to that dynamic.

YOU:

-21-40. Would prefer a 9-5er, but PhD/graduate students are okay. No undergraduate students, please. As far as prospective pets, dogs are okay depending on temperament and how well it gets on with the dog we already have. Other caged animals are okay, but please NO CATS, SNAKES OR RABBITS.

Smoking is okay, but not inside the house. No drugs, please. No couples. SOs may sleepover, but please no basically living at the house situation.

5 min walk to Neath Hill Local Centre (with a Co-Op, Chinese, Indian, Chip Shop, pilates, dry cleaner), walking distance to park, doctor's office (which is accepting new patients!), vet's office, 2 pubs, hair salon; 5 minute drive to CMK, 5-10 min drive to train station. 10 minute bus ride to CMK, 15 minute bus ride to train station. Bus stop 2 minute walk and 5 minute walk away.
