I live here with my dog Buster (Border terrier)
My daughter stays every other weekend and on some school holidays.

I am laid back person, down to earth.
I enjoy cooking, watching movies and going out to Salsa dancing.

All bills included.
Use of living room with large DVD collection, Sky TV & Netflix.
I have PS3, Wii and xBox 360.

Good size kitchen.
Access to washing machine and tumble dryer.
Shower/Bath will be shared as upstairs.
Good access to bus stops to get you into the city centre and surround areas.
Local shops nearby as well as a couple of pubs. Nearest supermarket and train station only a 5 min drve away.
