Share the Great Executive very large house, in an excellent area of all large detached houses, nr Tattenhoe, about 5 min drive to the city centre.

The main Big Kitchen has 2 cookers, 4 fridges, 2 washing machines and plenty of cupboard space, so very easy for everyone even in the evenings.

The Lounge has a comfy sofas, Sky TV, Samsung 50" Screen internetTV. And of course we have high speed unlimited broadband.

We have bi-weekly cleaners for the shared parts - kitchen, lounge and hallway.

The room also has an in-room Bistro hotel style (mini fridge, microwave, kettle toaster) . So you can have a cup of tea in the morning before leaving your room and chill out in the evening with a cold glass of wine. Best of both worlds -chilled / relax in your room when you need to be and then social with the other housemates when you want to.

The room is £610 per calendar month (£810 for a couple) - that is all inclusive, absolutely nothing else to pay, no bills, no council tax, no broadband to pay, etc.

There is loads of private Parking, more than enough for all the housemates to have their own space.

The Housemates are all professional, ALL WITH LINKED-IN PROFILES between 22 and 34 yrs old - happy for a glass wine in the evening but equally everyone has to get up for work in the morning. Typically ex graduates, working in legal, accountancy, charity, retail, motor sport and design.

We can only take Employed people, so please state WHO you work for and POSITION in first email as we HAVE TO DO AN EMPLOYMENT CHECK. If you have a LINKED-IN profile even better

The ensuite has mains pressured shower - A great LED mirror and marble sink.
