The room has good views. It includes a double bed, double wardrobe and bedside cabinet and table.

I am a live in landlady. My house is a 3 Bedroom terraced house, close to local amenities, garden, parking, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, Kitchen, lounge, upstairs bathroom and toilet, downstairs toilet. There is a garage which is used for storage, you wouldn't get your car in there, but a bike would fit. Smoking is permitted in the garden, not in the house.
It's £500 a month inclusive of all bills.

Terms to consider:
Must be able to keep the house clean and tidy and be considerate of myself and the toddler in the house. No loud music. Visitors per agreement.
NB: 1 months deposit and 1 months rent upfront /4 weeks notice is required.
