Room is light, spacious and furnished, but furniture can be removed if tennant has own furnishings. All bills included in monthly rent, including Sky HD and Broadband. House is very clean and tidy, and well presented. Ideally looking for someone age ranging from 20-30, sociable and in full time employment.
