Clean, furnished double room available to rent from April in a 3 bedroom Victorian terraced house. This room would be suitable for a short term rental.

House mates consists of live in landlady, her husband and one further female housemate.

The room would suit a professional in full time employment.

All bills included for £325pcm, wifi connection available, free sat in lounge, nice quiet garden and ample roadside parking to front of house.

Were looking for a housemate who is friendly, sociable and tidy. We want someone who is going to feel comfy sharing the house and not to feel like they have to spend all their time in the room.

Must like cats as we have three of them!

The house is situated across the road from ouse valley park and the canal so there's plenty of walking/running routes, and is under a 5 minute walk to Wolverton train station and the bus stop. The walk into central MK is approximately 30 mins.

The room is double glazed, with stripped wooden floorboards and contains a small double bed with mattress, bedside table with lamp, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and floor standing lamp.

The house has a downstairs bathroom, which has been renovated in 2014 and there is combi-boiler, so plenty of hot water!

The kitchen has been fully renovated this in 2015 and includes dishwasher and range cooker.

We are friendly sociable professionals. We are all easy going but both work long shifts which including days, nights and weekends. So we would need to live with someone who is respectful of this.
