Town centre by park, victorian house, nr Cranfield

Hi! Are you looking for a room with a view, in a nice part of MK? (Easy bike/bus to Cranfield University/MK city.)

Having lived in houseshares all my life, I've had lots of practice at keeping people happy.

The rooms are small, but the house is well equipped. We have full fibre broadband, dishwasher, washer/dryer, & car charger.

Parking is easy on-street (but you can park in the drive to charge your car - not included in rent). This is one of the best places in MK for buses, and you can easily bike to the city centre or Cranfield (25mins). The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, right by a park. Bikes can be securely stored indoors. Motorbike can be parked off road.

This house tends to suit people white-collar workers, or post-grad students. As long as people can lock up, clean up their own mess and be fairly civil, I'm usually pretty relaxed about who moves in. This is a gay-friendly house. Immigrants are welcome, but a conversational standard of English is expected. No instant occupancy is permitted; if you are moving in a panic, this isn't the place for you. While we sometimes consider applications supported by benefits, only applicants in work, training, education, or volunteer roles will be considered. We don't accept couples, pets, or adults with child care responsibilities. This house is 100+ years old and is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

I work from home, and need a peaceful environment to do so. That's why I haven't included the living room. However, it's not out-of-bounds. It's used for storage, drying, etc. by all housemates.

Please make sure that you have one of those apps downloaded.
