Hello, we are looking for a professional hard working, socialable, laidback housemate to join our shared house.

The rooms consist of a Large double room with large built in storage/wardrobes, bed, bedside drawers and a desk, book shelf and a smaller but good sized study/lounge room, although its not a problem if you got your own furniture as we can store anything you don't need. The rooms face out onto private areas and shares the rest of the large house and communal bathroom.

The house itself is a large and comfortable bungalow, not a brand new house but in a modern style and well maintained, solidly built (no plasterboard walls sometimes you have to shout to be heard), with nice carpets throughout, and very secure parking.

Large shared kitchen, massive lounge, huge hallway, big dining room and a comfortable conservatory, facilites include washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge freezer, tv, music, Infinity 100mb Broadband and use of the exercise equipment.

The house is in a very private location behind an business site, 50 yards from the river and yet at least 100 yards from the nearest road so its very quiet, and only 10 mins walk from stony stratford which has banks, post office, a small supermarket and even a Costa.

This is a clean, calm and laidback household not a House of Multiple Occupancy (we don't have locks or numbers on ours doors), looking for a similar single professional to share, this unique house, in a semi rural and very private riverside location, but only 10 mins from the centre of MK down the A5 (access to london on Virgin Trains in 40mins regularly), 15 mins from Buckingham down the A422, 10mins from Towcester using the A5, 25 mins from Northampton on the A508 and only 25 Mins from Dunstable/Luton all by car, but walking distance from all the facilities of Stony Stratford and bus routes.

If you want a great house too relax in after work, watching movies, playing videogames, having a cup of tea and a chat, listening to music, local pub quizzes or just being left alone to do your own thing and a peaceful place to call home, sharing with clean, hard working socialable housemates. The room is available now, £525pcm all inclusive of bills, 1 months rent in advance and 1 months (£525) deposit on moving in. The rent does include Council Tax, Electricity, Gas, TV License, Broadband, Water, there is no hidden costs or extras. We don't have SKY but people are welcome to have it in their own rooms at their own cost, we have a dish, all rooms have tv points.
