Lovely double ensuite room to rent

A large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom in spacious farmhouse to rent. Furniture incl bed available if required. I am looking to replace my housemate who is soon to be moving out, I am a 25 year old who works in marketing and I spend a lot of time away or working late. I have two lovely cats who are in the house so I hope this isn't a problem :).I am looking for a clean and tidy person to share with and would welcome a male or female housemate of a similar age!
