Lovely, sunny room available in contemporarily furnished, clean and tidy house. Room is double size, fully furnished with TV and Freesat , desk & chair. Access to broadband and use of all facilities, including washing machine, dishwasher, garden/patio and off street parking. I will provide bedding and towels and happy to do laundry if required.
Area is very safe and quiet with nice neighbours so probably not for party animals! I work from home so would prefer someone working outside the house. Would be happy to hear from Mon-Fri people too. Looking for someone who is happy to do their own thing but friendly, courteous and respectful. Would also consider short term let but would need to discuss rent in that event.
Near the MK Centre(5 mins drive), MK Bowl, Station, 3 bus routes and a good selection of local shops incl. a Sainsburys and a great chippie, Subway, Indian and Chinese, 2 gyms, pharmacy and a Post Office. 10-15 minute walk from Shenley Wood, 3 minutes from the bus and 20-25 min walk to the station What more could you ask! Come and see it - you'll love it!
