I have a double room to rent in my house from the end of June 2024. Males and females welcome. Mon-Fri renting preferred - rent will reflect this £625. ☀️
Waddesdon is a lovely village with a local shop, vibrant pub, Chinese and Indian takeaways, hairdressers, vets, doctors, MOT garage and much more. Plus as a resident you get free access to the beautiful manor house!
The house is 20 mins from Bicester, 15 mins from Aylesbury and 30 mins from Oxford by car. Quick 5 minute journey to Aylesbury Parkway for trains to London Marylebone.
You will be living with myself and my cat (Clementine) - so preferably I would like to find someone who likes cats! The kitchen, living area and bathroom will be shared. There is a large garden that can also be enjoyed.
